Is there a free trial for the Studio plan?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. We’ll let you know a few days before the trial ends so nothing surprises you.
What happens if I exceed the post limit on Starter?
We don’t cut you off mid-post. You’ll get a soft warning at 100% and a hard cap at 110%, with a one-click upgrade to Studio.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual is two months free — billed up-front. Switching from monthly to annual is one click and pro-rates correctly.
Can I self-host and still get support?
Self-hosted comes with community Discord support and the full RUNBOOK.md. For paid support on a self-hosted deployment, reach out about a support contract.
How does multi-site billing work?
On the Studio plan, the first site is included and additional sites are $29/month each, up to 10. Need more? Contact us — we’ll work something out.
Will you raise prices later?
If we do, current customers stay on their current plan price. We grandfather pricing — no surprise increases for teams who picked us early.
